Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be exchanged. Please review the policies below and contact us with any questions.

  • You may return or exchange any item in its original new condition for store credit only. We do not give cash refunds. The credit  (excluding shipping cost) must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must also include all original tags and/or packaging.
  • Without a receipt or record in our system of who purchased the item, the return will be processed at a 10% discount. In other words, if we cannot determine it was not purchased at a member discount, we will have to give credit assuming it was purchased at 10% off.
  • For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
  • At the time of ordering, staff will notify you of any special order items that may not be returned.
  • Used books are not eligible for a straight exchange but we will re-trade them with you and give you store credit if we want to buy them (see used trading terms for more info)
  • If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
