Join Daylight founders Taj Forer and Michael Itkoff to celebrate the release of Photographs Not Taken, a collection of essays by prominent photographers telling the stories of images they couldn't take or were unable to capture.

Editor Will Steacy asked each photographer to abandon the camera and, instead, use words to recreate the image that never made it through their lens.
