What are your current hours?
We are closed for browsing, but we are continuing to process online orders daily! We also have staff available by phone from 11am-4pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

Are you buying used books?
Unfortunately, we're unable to buy/trade used books at this time.

How can I apply a member discount to my order?
All orders are processed manually, so as long as the name on your order matches a membership in our system, we will adjust your credit card charge to match your discount. You can also write "I'm a member!" in the order comments to be extra safe.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We're processing online orders daily, but we are working with a small staff! You should receive an email confirming that your order has been processed within 1-2 business days. This email will include instructions about coordinating a pickup, or an ETA for shipping/delivery.

I live close by. Can I come pick up my order at the store?
Yes! Just select curbside pickup on your order. Once your items are ready, we will contact you to coordinate a contactless pickup.

My order is time-sensitive. What is the quickest way to get my items?
Give us a call at 919-942-7373 (11-4, Tuesday through Saturday). We will process your order in real time and take payment over the phone! Another way to indicate time-sensitivity is to leave a note in the comments of your order.

What is the best way to order a gift card?
Order your gift cards online here. Gift card orders are typically processed within one business day. If you need a physical gift card, please give us a call at 919-942-7373 to speak with a bookseller.
