The Sweet Potatoes Restaurant Cookbook is recipes - recipes from the restaurant, recipes from the families of Chef Stephanie Tyson and co-owner Vivian Joiner, recipes that are Southern, plain and simple.    Sweet Potatoes is a place that employs a number of people trying to get back into the work force after making some mistakes and paying their dues - people who want and need to earn a living. The restaurant is a part of Winston-Salem and its growing arts community, with local artists adorning its walls, where any number of celebrities and noncelebrities can "get their feed on"
