Sun 9/16  2pm-3pm Kay Goldstein will talk about her new book Star Child The Tale within the Tale: Kay Goldstein, author of Star Child, will speak about the journey from the first inspiration for the book to its publication.  She will talk about what she learned from the story and her interactions with the characters and why this book has relevance now.  There will be time for audience questions and discussion.   "A lovely, lyrical tale of very special seaside  lives, reminiscent of Rachel Carson's first book, Under the Sea Wind, to which Star Child is a mystical cousin, with a dash of Homer's Odyssey as well.  Inspiring and beautifully wrought."       --Bland Simpson, author of The Coasts of Carolina  and The Inner Islands                   Kay Goldstein is a cookbook author, poet, blogger for the Huffington post, and a meditation teacher.
